Start to finish the process was great! Everyone who came into our house was polite and respectful and did a fantastic job. Andrew was our project manager and he did a fantastic job with communication every step of the way. Always answered my questions and concerns right away! Any project is going to have issues, but it’s about having a contractor who solves those issues immediately! Our project was done beautifully and way ahead of schedule! We can enjoy our new bathroom and new flooring this Christmas!

What a stellar team, especially Dan and Andrew. Started with having them build us an outdoor bar and loved it so much we had them look at some other projects with us inside. They did a phenomenal job walking us through the process, and helping us to decide how big of a job we wanted to take on. Our remodel turned out incredible, their team (shoutout Gavin!) became close with the family during the process and they were kind, respectful, cleaned up, and did the little things that make the big impact. Dan and Andrew’s team has been incredible to work with. In March of 2022, we combined three rooms into one to achieve an open kitchen/living room concept. Removing four interior walls required finding a construction company with whom we could place our faith. Dan and Andrew’s team stood out because they possessed the required experience/knowledge, fully understood the cost to our family, and listened/responded to our concerns. The team gave us a timeline of 3 months and completed the project early. The team showed up every day and accomplished a great deal. No time was wasted which was greatly appreciated as it is a hardship for a family to be without a working kitchen. Above all the amazing things this team provided was their integrity. A few minor things arose in the year following this major renovation and each time we called to express a concern, Andrew responded promptly and sent the appropriate people in to make the necessary adjustments. We put an immense amount of trust in Derrick Services with this project and I am confident they were the best company to choose. We will continue to use Derrick Services for future projects and highly recommend them for your next project.

Needed a small dock built on the pond in my back yard. Derrick Services was able to design and install what I was looking for. Came in on budget and exceeded expectations. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

We stayed away during the three month Reno and let them do their magic. They were always a text or phone call away. Dan is one of the most talented people I have ever met! If you can dream it , he can make it even better than you envisioned ! He has done many things for my mom and in my salon. They were on time, and did a great job even cleaning up after their work. I know he has worked on set designs for the Nutcracker at theater and church displays. They were amazing too!
